We have teamed up with TerraCycle®️ to offer an end-of-life recycling program for our thongs. TerraCycle® is a global social enterprise Eliminating the Idea of Waste®, diverting millions of pounds of valuable resources from landfills all over the world.

Once your pair of Pluggers reaches the end of their life, simply follow these easy steps and we’ll have them recycled by TerraCycle®️ to turn them into new products:

For hygiene reasons, please wash your pair of Pluggers to ensure they are clean prior to return;
Print off the original order confirmation you were emailed when you originally ordered your Plugger(s) so we know who you are. Please clearly state your name and email address (if different from that stated in your original order confirmation);
Pop your pair of Pluggers in a postage package with Australia Post and send them back to us.

We’ll then batch send them to TerraCycle®️ and have them recycled into new product(s)!

return postage for the purposes of recycling your Pluggers is at your own cost. We are unable to accept responsibility for any lost returns;
a full pair of Pluggers must be returned;
your name and email address must be clearly stated in your package;
