DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (FOR A REFUND) AND EXCHANGES IN AUSTRALIA?

Yes and Yes! We’re here to help you! However, please note that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any change of mind refund or exchange.

WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM OUR RETURNS POLICY?

Returns or exchanges are not available on Plugger’s ‘Make Your Own’ items, gift wrapping, gift cards, free promotional items or sale items. These items are final sale.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR A REFUND (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)?

If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your Pluggers, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping), subject to the following conditions:

(a) you must complete the online Returns Form here. If your product is faulty or if you have been sent the wrong product (due to our mistake), please upload photos too. We’ll then email you details on how and where to send your Products;

(b) the Product(s) must be unworn and in their original packaging (ie, with all original tags, stickers etc still attached);

(c) Product(s), must be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the Product;

(d) Re-package the items you wish to return in the same packaging they arrived in, and make sure you include a copy of your proof of purchase;

(e) purchase a trackable method of return shipping with Australia Post (this is at your own cost for change of mind returns). However, if your product is faulty or if you have been sent the wrong product (due to our mistake), we’ll send you an Australia Post returns label (at our cost);

(f) lodge the return at your local post office;

(g) once your return has been received and processed by us, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to become available in your account / PayPal account. Refunds will be made against the original payment method, and will be processed against the original credit card/PayPal holder details;

(h) unless your refund request is due to a faulty Product or if you have been sent the wrong Product (due to our mistake), you will not be refunded delivery (postage) costs on your change of mind return; and

(i) the Product(s) is not a Plugger’s ‘Make Your Own’.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged returns, and highly recommend you use a trackable method of return post. No refunds will be made for lost or damaged returns. Please contact Australia Post directly for any concerns about your return’s whereabouts.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR AN EXCHANGE (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)?

We will offer an exchange on your Pluggers, subject to the following conditions:

(a) you must complete the online Returns Form here. If your product is faulty or if you have been sent the wrong product (due to our mistake), please upload photos too. We’ll then email you details on how and where to send your Products;

(b) the Product(s) must be unworn and in their original packaging (ie, with all original tags, stickers etc still attached);

(c) Product(s), must be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the Product;

(d) Re-package the items you wish to return in the same packaging they arrived in, and make sure you include a copy of your proof of purchase;

(e) purchase a trackable method of return shipping with Australia Post (this is at your own cost for change of mind returns). However, if your product is faulty or if you have been sent the wrong product (due to our mistake), we’ll send you an Australia Post returns label (at our cost);

(g) once your Product for exchange has been received and processed by us, please allow up to 5 business days for us to send you a Pluggers Australia online credit coupon code to the value of the Product originally paid for (excluding postage costs). This code will need to be used online within 30 days;

(h) unless your exchange request is due to a faulty Product or if you have been sent the wrong Product (due to our mistake), you will need to pay postage costs on the exchanged Product(s) and otherwise in accordance with our Delivery Terms; and

(i) the Product(s) is not a Plugger’s ‘Make Your Own’.

Please note:

  • that we are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged returns, and highly recommend you use a trackable method of return post. No exchanges or refunds will be made for lost or damaged returns. Please contact Australia Post directly for any concerns about your return’s whereabouts.
  • In cases where we do not have stock in the style/s you wish to exchange for, we will issue you with a refund for the returned goods and contact you to inform you of this process.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA IN THE RETURNS POLICY?

If your item(s) does not meet the above criteria, we may decline the refund or exchange. In this unlikely event, you will be notified by email and the items will be posted back to you.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (FOR A REFUND) OR EXCHANGES IN NEW ZEALAND?

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to our New Zealand customers unless the items are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong product (due to our mistake). In this case, please contact us by completing the online Returns Form here so we can try and help you.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PURCHASES MADE ON THIS WEBSITE IN ANOTHER STORE (OR VICE VERSA)?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on this Website in any other retail store or vice versa. We apologise for the inconvenience. Any returns or exchanges of items purchased in-store will need to be taken back to that store in accordance with that store’s return policy. Similarly, any returns or exchanges on Product(s) purchased on this Website must be returned in accordance with this Returns Policy.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ORDERS PLACED THROUGH PLUGGERS AUSTRALIA’S EBAY STORE?

We are unable to accept exchanges on orders placed through our ebay page. All ebay returns will instead be processed as a refund.

DO YOU OFFER A 6 MONTH GUARANTEE?

YES! We’re so confident in the quality of our amazing Pluggers, that every pair of Pluggers is covered by our 6-month guarantee. We guarantee our Pluggers are free from faults, are correctly described and fit for purpose. Fair wear and tear however is not covered by our guarantee. Fair wear and tear includes damage that naturally and inevitably occurs to products as a result of normal wear and/or ageing.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the longevity of any print we make on a Plugger’s ‘Make Your Own’ Product and therefore the print is excluded from our 6 month guarantee.
