WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES?
We use Australia Post for our shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the COVID-19 impacts. Our usual, approximate timeframes set out in the table below, may therefore be affected by these delivery delays. Please note that these are approximate delivery times only – from the day the order is shipped (from our distribution centre in NSW) to when it should be received.
We understand you can’t wait for your Pluggers, so we’ll try and do our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days from your order date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
When an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME TO COLLECT MY DELIVERY?
Your Pluggers order is important to us so we recommend that you are home to sign for your delivery. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letterbox indicating the collection point from which you can collect your parcel (you will need to present photo ID to collect your parcel).
Alternatively, you can elect for your order to be left at your premises (with no signature required) by contacting Australia Post and arranging an ‘Authority to Leave’. We do not assume liability for lost or misplaced packages where you have arranged an Authority to Leave.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this stage, we also ship to NZ.
We are unable to take responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees involved in international shipment. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Pluggers Australia cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship to any other international destinations. However, as we know Pluggers will be loved by one and all across the globe, and if you are an interested international reseller, feel free to make any reseller enquiries here.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS FOR SHIPPING TO NZ?
International Parcel Service – This is our standard international shipping method for 2KG and under. It is registered post with tracking.
WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Yes, upon placing your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order.
WHAT IF I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
It can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. If it still isn’t there after 30 minutes, please check your junk or Spam folder. If it’s not there either, please contact us here so we can take a look.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes, we’ll send you a subsequent email (that includes your tracking number) once your order has been shipped.
If not received, please check your junk or Spam folder as this email may have landed here instead. If it’s not there either, please contact us here so we can take a look.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email (if not received, please keep an eye on your Junk/Spam Folder for this). This will include a link to track your order, or you can use your tracking number received in your email here.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. This includes changing size or style, delivery address or payment method.
However, regarding changes to your delivery address, you may be able to arrange a re-direct directly with Australia Post so that they can change your address for you. Please contact Australia Post directly for this.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS GET LOST IN THE MAIL?
Chill out! Please get in touch with us here and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post for you. This may take us 4-5 business days from when you contact us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Don’t stress. If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please send details, together with a photo here.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?
Absolutely! We deliver to Australian and NZ PO Box delivery addresses.
CAN I SEND MY PLUGGERS ORDER AS A GIFT?
Pluggers are the best gift ever! When you check out of your order, just give us the recipient’s details in the delivery (address) section.
Billing details however are about you. You will need to use your email address and enter your details in the billing section when processing the payment.
